okay we face this everyday, but, i want to know, what pressure is worst? boyfriend/girlfriend, parents, peer, society, coaches, work, religious, or self pressure? give your reason why.

Self pressure, by far! I talk myself into doing the most sinful, retarted stuff sometimes. The whole struggle with the flesh thing, man; it's rough.

I would agree, self pressure is the biggest for me, though I have generally not cared what others thought of me so that makes all the other pressures easier to deal with.

For me its work.. cause u have to be at your best most of the time. Most especially if your dealing with people. It can be our way of saying thank you to God by serving others to the out most of our ability. We should be thankful for not everyone gets the opportunity to work and become a blessing in the workplace.

Self pressure is the worst. You can't blame anyone else for it.

You can always break up with your girlfriend, quit your job, move away from home, make new friends, live in a different society etc. But ya can't even give yourself a good kick in the seat of your pants without hurting yourself.

id have to say society. we have hot young girls shoved in our faces everywhere, but are told its wrong to find them attractive. there are alcohol advertisements everywhere but are told that drinking is bad. there are romance movies coming out constantly which make us feel like we have failed if we dont have a girlfriend or boyfriend. there is constantly ppl going around saying to support the troops yet the real reason behind the war is kept in the shadows. most ppl have to drudge away at jobs they dont like just to make ends meet, while the lifestyles of the rich, stupid and spoiled are glorified. and yet a person is expected to find happiness amongst this din.
