Lately, I've been overthinking EVERYTHING. Like....everything. How I cook, how I say something, when I do something, when I don't do something, and how I do it. I'm doing my best to drown it out. It's awful.
Welcome to the magical land of living in your head too much.

good ol OCD. My cousin has it really bad. I never believed the extent of it till we roomed up for awhile. For her it was mainly organizational stuff though. I messed with her one day just to see how long it would take her to notice minor details. Tissue box perfectly in the center of the table. So i just sliiiightly turn it crooked and scoot it over an inch. Rearranged sodas in the fridge to be slightly less geometrical and a few other small things like that. She noticed every single thing moved and had to fix it before she relaxed that evening. Lol, Perhaps it was horrible of me but I had to know :p
Yeah. Except there's nothing I can do to fix these things. Don't people with OCD have like a ritual or something to "help" with the thoughts? Blah...

I dunno. I never had it myself but her specifically, it was purely the way things are arranged. She had it her whole life tho.

Sigh. Responsibilities man. MissCriss, I salute you. I don't even have kids and I want to pull my hair out on a daily basis. I don't know how you parents deal with all the other stresses of life with children on top of it.

After I move, I will be making appointments. Only some of this is mental.
Why, that's just awful, dear...Try not to think about it.

I'm sorry, lil c, just trying to add some levity. I know what it's like to deal with this. Sometimes i wonder what it's like Not to, but God's love sustains, His grace is sufficient. I just tend to see that easier in hindsight, than when I'm actually going thru it.
Praying for you the following...
-(phil.4:4-9)-
Rejoice in the Lord always; and again I say, Rejoice.
Let your moderation be known unto all men.
The Lord is at hand.
Be `anxious` for nothing; but in everything
by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving
let your requests be made known unto God.
And the peace of God, which passes all understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Finally, brethren, (and lil_christian),
whatsoever things are true,
whatsoever things are honest,
whatsoever things are just,
whatsoever things are pure,
whatsoever things are lovely,
whatsoever things are of good report;
if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise,
think on these things.
Those things,
which you have both learned, and received,
and heard, and seen in me, do:
and the God of peace shall be with you.

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:6-7)

"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. "So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
(Matthew 6:33-34)

Me: No problem. Attaching his ISP goal for you to look over. I already finished it, because that's how I roll.

It's a good operating system. Apple products, in general, are very good.

Feeling a little bit better right now. I had some time where I didn't have to be in my own head, and (while it was on the internet I was still) surrounded by people that accepted me. I was part of something and it really made me feel valuable and a little bit happier. This is one of the first things I'm not really criticizing myself about today.
