That dream was mild. I've had some pretty scary ones and this one wasn't that bad comparatively. I hate it when I dream someone I love is going to die. Those are so sad.
I've had some really scary ones too and there was a time when I kept getting them. The worst one I had was probably the one where I got shot. I always believed that you could never actually get caught or victimized in a dream, that they would just chase you and never catch you. :(

I did my usual workout this morning and got an absolutely HORRENDOUS knot in my shoulder; the entire left side of my body is in pain, and I can barely turn my head to the left. Today is most likely going to suck.
However, when these things happen and I earnestly ask God for healing and it doesn't go away, I think...what if God is just using this to prevent a more catastrophic event? Like, what if I got to work today and I was asked to lift something quite heavy, but I ask if somone else can do it, and I would otherwise do it if it wasn't for this knot, and if I did lift it, I would somehow lift it weird and literally break my back?
I dunno, maybe this theory is completely ludicrous. But it makes me feel better about being in pain.

Oh dear, yes. I've had several very realistic dreams involving the deaths of various family members. I think the worst one was the one in which my sister-in-law died, because of the affect it had on my brother. My brother is one of those happy-go-lucky people who always seems to be in good spirits, and really lights up a room. He's constantly making people laugh. He literally has not cried since he was about eight years old. So in my dream, seeing him depressed and miserable over the loss of his wife, that truly broke my heart.

You might just need to do some stretching, unless its an actual injury and not just soreness.

The bad dreams I speak of are end times dreams. The thing about dreams is...most, if not all, mean absolutely nothing. I've had...maybe 2 that meant something I needed to listen to...out of thousands upon thousands of dreams. We have to be careful not to put too much stock in our dreams...Like the dream I had last night was more, funny to me than scary. Now, that being said...I've had some dreams that were scary, that didn't mean anything but they were just plain scary. This one I had last night had a comical feel to it. I hope your next dream is amazing. :) I have had some pretty amazing ones too!

Yeah, those are hard to dream...especially because they feel so real.

Yes Ive had 4 amazing dreams that I believe were from God, but they weren't prophetic. I've had two dreams of that were premonitions of things that came true. One of them was a very vivid dream of 9-11 about 3 months prior. I described it to someone I knew right after I had it so they are like my witness that I really did dream about it lol, but I'm no longer in contact with that person (knew them through work)..

Also I dreamt about a plane crash that really happened. It was a very unique plane crash. And you know that mall shooting in washington that just happened? I got goosebumps when I read about it and saw what the gunman looked like. I dreamt that I was hiding in that macy;s when it happened.. but I had that dream years ago. But the gunman's face and clothing were exactly like my dream and he was also using a rifle. I was hiding in the center of a clothes rack inside a big fancy department store and I knew it was a macys or a nordstrom.

Ok so I have some time, Ill tell u about the plane crash I dreamt about...

It was several years ago, but the dream happened about a month before the actual crash.

I could only see the lights of a very large airliner against darkness which I assumed was the sky at night (but it wasn't the sky). The plane was moving very quickly from right to left in my field of view.... On the left I noticed two small yellow lights just standing still. I wondered what that was. They were just two dim points of yellow light. Then as the plane came upon the yellow lights, it hit whatever those yellow lights were attached to and the yellow lights went out. The plane continued on its path but it had struck something and was in trouble. That was the whole dream...

In October 2000, a Singapore Airlines 747 tried to take off from the wrong runway at night in a rainstorm. The runway had construction equipment towards the far end of it because it was being repaired. The pilots did not see the construction equipment because of the heavy rain and darkness and the plane's headlights only light up a few hundred feet of runway. By the time the pilots saw the construction equipment it was too late to stop and the plane struck the equipment and continued further down the runway until it crashed in a ball of fire killing most of the people on board.

Here is a cable tv documentary about the crash:

I was walking down the street tonight and I was listening to one of my favourite sermons but my mind was all over the place. I kept thinking about my future and how, by choosing to start from zero and take this new career path that I really love, I'm taking so many risks. More than I can handle, tbh. My work experience wouldn't go to waste but won't be as valuable as they once were. If I don't get the scholarship I'm aiming for next year, I'll have to cancel the family trip I have always dreamed of. I'll struggle for a couple of years paying tuition and bills. I'll graduate old. Just so many negative stuff and I was growing anxious.

But Jesus got my attention when I heard the pastor mention the passage about not worrying about tomorrow and that there is always enough grace for today. And he added "thats not my sermon and I don't know why I said that but that's for you."

I have heard this sermon at least four times and I always wondered when pastor said that, thinking it was for one of the people who were in that service. Today, I realise, it was for me, 4 repeats after.

Jesus loves me and cares for me. This I know and this I will be mindful of.

I'm supposed to be memorizing some bible verses and reading. The motivation isn't really there. :)
