I think it would be quite dreamy to live in a purple house and decorate it with lots of purple furnishings and accessories :) Here are some purple houses I found :D

Thank you, Kim :) Yes, the Victorian style is spectacular, but should worse come to
worst, I would even settle living in such a house as one of these purple beauties :D

Depends. Is it a science question or a philosophy question?
Both.

Also I was just wondering: Learning about the truth is hard because you can't just edit what you want to hear/know. But the truth is essential for understanding almost anything.

Devil and the deep blue sea behind me
Vanish in the air you'll never find me

I will turn your face to alabaster
When you find your servant is your master

And you'll be wrapped around my finger
You'll be wrapped around my finger...

- Sting (The Police - Wrapped Around My Finger)

Tomorrow is my friend's funeral, and Thursday is my driving test to get my license. I don't see this as a great week...

Hallelujah by Lindsey Sterling, with over 34 million views on youtube.
She is interpreting a song written by Canada's own Leonard Cohen, RIP.

Sting! I saw him live once, haha, Jann Arden was opening up for him and I was head over heels in love with her music at the time... I have seen her in concert five times total... anyways, here comes a story... I used to handle work for the company that owned the Canucks' hockey team and the arena where they played, which was also a concert venue... and they were always giving my boss tickets to hockey games, and tickets to basketball games, to pass out among the employees, but I never went once to one of those games. So when I heard Sting was coming to their venue, and that Jann Arden was opening for him, I called the entertainment company right away, and told them who I was, that I handled most of their work, and that I would like tickets to this concert. So they asked me, how many tickets do you want? And I asked them how many they could give me? And they said, well, how many do you want? And I said twelve. And they said, we can't give you that many! So I said, how many can you give me? The next morning an envelop showed up at work with my name on it, with twelve tickets to the Sting concert that Jann Arden was going to open. I shared them with my coworkers. One woman used to gloat, I am going to see Sting! I am going to see Sting! And I would remind her, no, you are going to see Jann Arden LOLOLOLOLOLOL :D But Sting was good, too :D

Thank you, Gabe :D It's one of my favorite stories connected to work... our basketball team was really bad back then haha, so bad they don't even exist any more, and hockey probably really only interests me during the Stanley Cup playoffs, if even then :)

The entertainment company used to give us tickets for the yearly Ice Capades, or Disney on Ice, whatever its called, also, and that was nice, to take my daughter to those shows, like Beauty and the Beast, cuz she really liked them, being fairly young at the time, and I bought her memorabilia that she still has all these years later :D The Sting concert would have been before 2000. I tried to find the date, but could not.

Another of our clients used to do work for the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, and he gifted me with concert tickets a few times, too. Ah, those were the days! Business used to be very good, and people were generous to me, because they appreciated the work I did for them :)
