I came across a scripture today while looking for something else..

Deuteronomy 13:3
you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.

I want to be held accountable, so I'm laying it on the table for all eyes to look at ...
I have shared some things that God has showed me in awake dreams .. I do not however, wish to do something God wants to reveal Himself .. He is quite capable and needs no help from me ..
I am ignorant I will admit and certainly have not shared intentionally thinking I know anything ....sharing more on a level to gather pieces of information from those who have knowledge ..

this scares me thinking I might have.. Scripture to lead me into correction if so, is appreciated..
I apologize for any mistake I might have made ...by doing so... I won't be commenting... Just reading and see where the lord leads me in this ... Thanks everyone

I won't be able to argue,'cause I'm not really even sure what this post means. Are you saying that you shared some things with people or a specific person that you believe God gave you in a vision & now you are questioning if that was the right thing to do? Plz clarify for us dummies. LOL:)

Deuteronomy 13:3 is talking specifically about prophets or dreamers who tell you to follow other gods. Read Deut. 13:1-2 and you'll see what I mean..

If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder,[SUP]2 [/SUP]and if the sign or wonder spoken of takes place, and the prophet says, “Let us follow other gods” (gods you have not known) “and let us worship them,”[SUP]3 [/SUP]you must not listen to the words of that prophet or dreamer. The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.
(Deuteronomy 13:1-3 NIV)

Read vs. 1-2. This applies to a special case. You have not worked any miracles to prove your visions, nor have you used your vision as an excuse to draw people from God. Those kind of dreamers are who we are not supposed to listen to in vs. 3.

In any event, under the New Covenant, the rule is I Cor. 14:29-31. Everyone should speak in turn, let the others judge. in practice, those of us who use that rule, often see God put a puzzle together from everyone's piece, much as in the prophecy chat group.

Personally, I think your visions are right on, and need to be considered worldwide. I'll remind you of the 84mph wind.

I don't have a lot of knowledge in the bible , what comes scares me sometimes , I lay it out there really to check my sanity number one, to see what others know and if they will point to scripture to better help "me" understand.. Sometimes words are spoken as well in them ... I have others look at it to make sure it's not me and my imagination... I have shared with a "few" but want to make sure it's not misleading or bring anyone to think the Lord has told me tell "them"
Anything... Sharing more to see if i need to reject it all together or where in scripture it can be confirmed ... Because my of my limited knowledge it scares me to even mess with it...I go to the index look up key words... But sometimes a flood comes. In and I can't keep up ...I know this sounds weird... And I'm prepared to be mocked or whatever...i don't have anyone in my family or around me I can talk to openly about it with ..I just feel the mire eyes that look at it the better... Does that make sense?

When I say I dont have anyone to talk to I'm talking about here in my surroundings , those I have tried think I'm delusional ..cc has brought people
Ken being so ver very helpful point to scripture (thank you my friend) and the vision group as well .. Outside of here is where I'm challenged and want to take it .. just checking before I do.. Thank you zero for the scripture as well.. I think sometimes things like this want to be kept under a lampshade .. I don't want it too..

I just wanted to let you know that I share in your struggle. There have been many times that the Lord has shared something with me that I had never heard mentioned before. It caused a great struggle within me. As I continued to just put my full trust in Him, He would lead me to scripture that would confirm what He was showing me. Remember that faith comes by HEARING; not by sight. Also, the testing of our faith works patience and patience brings perfection and completion. :)
We each have our different gifts.
I once met a man of God that quoted a LOT of scripture. When I would make mention to him from what book he was quoting from, he would look at me and say, "Cool". Later he privately told me that it happens to him often that he is quoting scripture without even knowing it.
It reminded me of this scripture:
John 14
[SUP]26 [/SUP]But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Father thank you for your love and your answer... For loving us enough to give them ... no words seem good enough right now..
Lifting all glory and honor up to you... lifting all my fellow brothers and sisters up and all pertaining to them as well.. Keep us Humble before you...In Jesus Christ .. Amen..

I can't seen to leave this thread or stop crying ... ....
Sheesh !!! And I don't know if mini earth quakes are happening here but there have been three rumblings with my house shaking slighty within the last few hours .... Anything else god????? I can't help but laugh and cry at the same time !!!
Im to big of a mess right now to even care lol...

And number four.... What is that???? There is a "Deep" rumble then Feels like a "small" jolt from a quick explosion

There were a few of these last night too... I played it off like eh just a low flying plane .. now tornadoes I'm use too.. Earthquakes ... I'm not ...

I have heard a few claim that there has been no increase in earthquake activity; only an increase in our ability to monitor them.
You can look at the historical records of monitoring to see that that is absolutely untrue.
Your quakes must have been under 2.5 cause they don't display those here...

Are not airplanes ...my sliding glass door the glass on the windows shook for only a second ..

Maybe you know there was an earthquake in Delaware last summer I think it was. The conspiracy theorists said that it was the government black ops blowing up the nephilim jailed under Washington DC, or something like that. Keep us posted. It's probably just a random quake under 2.5 like Markum says. Note, your town has a nearly 30% chance of an earthquake in any 50 year period: Oklahoma
