It's finally Spring where I live! I'm so excited about being outside more!! Makes it easier to shake off the ughs of everyday life for me. :) I stopped by the church last night and saw a momma bird sitting on a nest she'd built on one of our outside lights. :) I tried not to scare her trying to get into the building, but I did. :(

Opening my windows/doors, doing Spring cleaning, biking/hiking/running/working in the yard. It's going to be a great weekend!! Wishing I had a motorcycle to ride right about now....

It also serves as a reminder of the new life we have in Christ for me. :D

How are you enjoying it?

Well, down here in Florida, it's more like we have Spring when it's winter everywhere else and then when it's Spring everywhere else we have summer. lol... but I did enjoy it and enjoying the heat a bit more now too.

We have another bout of freezing weather next week... Things have already started blooming here the weather doesn't match up with the appearance of what should be here .. It's beautifully cold ! Lol

It's been going back and forth here from spring to winter. It was 70 earlier this week, but today it's about 38. I wish it would just pick something! :p

When it was warmer, I took a drive with my windows down. That is so refreshing to me! I also want to go puddle jumping and take a walk the next time there's a good rain and I'm not at work. I love spring thunderstorms, too!

I'll also sit outside and journal and draw instead of being in my room.

I like winter, but there's just something about spring, about the earth waking back up, that makes my heart happy! :)

Not sure what season it's been here. LOL one day it's 70,the next it can barely make it out of the upper 30's. Like today..been raining off & on,more of a sprinkle when it does..overcast but it's like 60 out. All I know is,I pray we don't have another summer of 100% humidity again. We only had 1 week of nice weather last year and that was right at the start of April. It was 75-80 degrees,almost no humidity,sunny & blue skies...after that...no joke,it rained nearly every single day for 2 months,was like a jungle it was so humid out & then we had blazing heat,sunny & humid for the next 4 months. I was actually blessed in a way to have been laid up in the hospital for 17 days during what many of the nurses were saying was the hottest weather they'd ever dealt with. One nurse who was regularly attending to me used to say,I love coming to work now because it's the only time I am in AC.
Anyhoooo...this thread is about Spring. lol once again Julliana I apologize for my rambling.

I celebrate by putting the top down. Then the spring windstorms kick up and I put the top back up, and bring a vaccuum out to the car after I rinse the dust out of my contacts.

I love the spring..I've been outdoors more frequently (we have a lot of music, food, art fests, walks, outdoor movies etc this time of year), the beach weather is great, and I even managed to round up most of my sisters for a road trip to Cape Canaveral and a cruise.

I've been catching gators and turtles sunning, butterfly cocoons, and the Canadian geese are slowly taking over the part of town where I work.

It's been alternating between raining and being absolutely gorgeous here.

If only we had less POLLEN...

Ugh, yes, freakin' pollen! I hate it, and it's not so bad when your by the ocean, but I went up to central FL a couple of months ago and the pollen was crazy, I could see all this stuff in the air... blah.

I wish spring would come already we're below seasonal norms here. The sun is melting the snow, but the air is still cool.

Same in TX, except, sometimes we even skip spring. But I think FL does the same thing too.

Keep your freezing weather up there. We don't like it when our summer gets to be about 60 degrees outside. (Okay maybe it was somewhere between 40-50 yesterday.)

Yeah...whenever I head into central fl I get love bugs splattered allllllll over my car.

Yay another florida girl, ocean :)

It's 38 degrees F (4 C) here. :p It feels more like November. But we had a random heat wave 2 days ago where it got up to 86. That's Ohio for ya.

Oh yeah, gotta love the love bugs. Once, my fam and I went to Tampa and we took alligator alley then up I-75 and it was hilarious because when we got there the front of the car was just filled to the brim with love bugs. It was so disgusting to look at. lol My dad couldn't wait to wash the car, it was kind of funny.

And yay Florida! :)

Where in Texas are you (roughly), Viola? It was gorgeous in El Paso earlier this week, and then yesterday - BAM! Cold again. And by cold, I mean it's high 50s and low 60s.

I love spring. I love picnics. I love to ride my bike. I love to have a ride on a motorcycle. I like sunny, warm days. I love parks (I read books and feed ducks there). But I must admit-I hate spring cleaning.

P.S.
I also have that pic with those two little birds. :) Love it.
