Dont know if this is the right forum to write in. Well recently i looked into my life and questioned my position with my ex. We've still been friends since the break up like a year ago. Well like a week ago she told me she still had big feelings for me but not to wait on her. I told her i still cared about her. But anywho, on my way back home from hanging out with her, i was confused and prayed and cried to God and asked him for guidance to help make sense of the situation, so in the midst of prayer it came to mind. How can i give my heart/love to someone if i havent fully given mine to Him? Well that just made everything so clear to me. Just thought i would share my two cents with my experiance. I guess what you make of this is that put God first before any relationship. Take care

I'm so glad you had that revelation. Many "Christians" do not! And isn't that what this whole journey's about? Giving ourselves completely to God to be used for His purpose? Good for you! When you do marry, you'll be a better husband for understanding that.

thanks for the support, but yeah ive stoped thinking about getting back together with her since then, ima just have to wait for the one that God puts in my life until then.... im going to enjoy being single!!!:D
