Just a suggestion:
Instead of just posting a want-ad and waiting for a response, just read the current threads, and join in on conversation. Think of the Singles forum as a big dinner table where there are small groups of conversations constantly going on. You want to meet people, just jump into the middle of a conversation. That's how most of us make friends here.

Urmylord, Sho is right. As the old saying goes 'the best way to make friends is be a friend'. Most of the time the people i see that respond to these types of posts are random people that are not regulars and just want to friend anyone willing, rather than seeming to form genuine friendships of any kind. So feel free to hop into a thread and start posting.

You may like to chat one on one with some people on skype or email to get to know each other deeper and establish more contact and communion and communication and connection than one may do on posts.
I just left face book cause i had no friends and it does matter who one is friends with.
Dont be friends with some one bad for and to you.
You could have friends who all betray you for your spirit, name, colours, money, so they feel good and you feel horrid and may be they are all truly bad for and to you in every way shape and form..
Then you think you try to find real true friends who might be good for and to you and not betray you or steal from you and may even care for you and how you feel and even shock horror love you.
You think a christian friend may have better morals and same values which could be true in many cases.
Then again may be a buddhist or atheist could be a better friend and a christian could look you in eyes and lie and betray and use the lords name to do so and spread lies of you and steal your money and time and etc.
You can try the chat and camera chat but may be you are shy and prefer writing at first before you get to know some one.
There are chat sites but some times it can feel theres no depth in them and when one does establish a communication it may be a troll make fun and ridicule you.
Seems there could be way you could establish email letters to write with some one and may be chat.
Advise be careful giving your email to soon.
Even on a site like this you must be careful.
There could be non sincere people as well and or hackers and there are educated professionals thriving and make 4tune of lonely people.
Organised crime based upon isolating , bullying, stealing k9s and restraints and other things so horrid i best not write of it here.
You could write to me as i have no true friends but i am very suspicious who i let in now to email or chat with.
All people just about betrayed me, used me etc I have assets they wanted steal and they did and so many were in on it and they pretended care and be friends and made it look as if they were but things are not always as they seem.
To many times.
Another ofered some type of communist view but cheated on it.
Like look half half but swapped "dolls" and eon not in real meat and cup de emptio .It was all a set up and a lie and they looked people in eyes and lied and made it look good and they well known and many of them.
Was not same.Is not same.They stole to much to many times and shake head in disbelief what and all they did.
I had half a indian micro dish for dinner and a sandwich and chai tea.
Had home made hamburger most other days.
Difficult when living alone to get overly passionate about cooking dinners when eon deficient 90% ...more.
I may also like to find friends but very careful and advise you be care ful as well.

I ate a taco salad. It was okay, I suppose. What I really wanted was fajitas, but I didn't have any bell peppers. I'm totally craving bell peppers too. It's probably the vitamin C. I tend to crave it a lot.

I had cauliflower with béchamel sauce and nutmeg, apple sauce, boiled potatoes and some chicken fillet. Then some vanilla pudding, after that black coffee and nougat. Homecooked meal, prepared it myself.
Now, what was this thread about again . Sorry, I just had to be green and dastardly there
