When I got married, I played this song as the bridesmaids walked down the aisle:

laffin'..yeah I know. Crazy thing is..I loved both the songs...but it was my ex who actually chose them...a bit over dramatic for a wedding that only consisted of 50 guests, but yeah...well I guess in the end both songs were fitting...yanno...doomed romance & tragedy. Fun stuff. lol I think if I ever get married again,I might pick something a little more ummm... happy? lolz

"The Gift" by Collin Raye. Others have sung it as well, but I like his version best. :)

Hmmm...

Well aside from the traditional fare walking down the isle and such, I had to think about this for a minute. I went with some trance because well, it's different, but it's got a beat to it.

The DJ would be need a ton of really awesome stage lights that would all need to come on when the words "let your love rain down on me" came on to get the maximum benefit out of the song.

I thought it would be funny, clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right. Here I am stuck in the middle with you. :)

I can't walk down the isle to any song aside from the wedding march or silence. It would be too cheesy having some ballad playing over the speakers. It's gonna be a small wedding. On my side there will be 6 family members and maybe a friend or two? I'll have no bridesmaids cus I have no close girlfriends. It's gonna be one sad sad wedding lol

You're smart.

Expensive weddings are kind of silly any ways. I realize it's a huge deal in the life of a Christian, but I never understand dropping 10,20, even 30 grand on a single day of your life. At the end of it all that money could have probably better served the couple building said new life together.

Have a small ceremony, and then have a lavish second wedding 25 years later, after the kids are through college and the house is paid off.
