i came across this question the other day, and i'm still ruminating over it. i'd love to hear what you'd all say.

if happiness was the national currency, what job or work would you become wealthy doing? why?

if happiness was the national currency, would your current work "bankrupt" you?

That's a good question! I would probably be the happiest serving in a charity-missionary organization. I don't know if I'll ever get to work in something like that, but I've always (well, since I became a Christian) thought that would be my dream job. My current job as a cashier in a restaurant is not exactly the most satisfying job of all, but I guess it's not that bad. It wouldn't make me a millionaire though ...in any sense at all haha.

If I could do it over again, I think I would have gone to school to study geology.

What a coincidence, eating your cakes would make me very happy.
See. ...This is a win win situation. Making cake makes me happy...eating cake makes other people happy...why has no one made this happen before???? Cake currency...needs to happen.

The job I would be doing it probably what I do for a job right now. I work with trains at my job and this was my goal going into school. My job would make me extremely wealthy because honestly, I love what I do for work. The only thing i would change is the location of my job, not really a big fan of the city I live in now. Even that's not a big deal as a big city is close by where friends and family are located. :)

There's a lot of things I would be happy doing. And since I'm an unemployed dependent student, I am in no risk of becoming bankrupt at the moment. :p
