My lack of life experience and love of adventure time make me 17 but working with disabled people has aged me a bit ..so even though I'm 30 irl. ... I'm not a day over 25.

I don't know. I'm definitely a big kid at heart, but I also enjoy dark, complex fiction (novels, movies, TV series) and deep and meaningful discussions. In some ways I'm less mature than I could be, in some ways I'm more mature than some my age.

Age is such a relative thing. You have physical age, but experiences, circumstances, personality and so many other things factor into our "age".

Having kids makes you automatically older.
Being financially supported by your parents makes you automatically younger.
Owning a home with all it's responsibilities makes you older.
Not knowing how to drive a stick shift makes you younger.
Having a long-time job makes you older.
Being physically active keeps you younger.

This is just for fun. What experiences and circumstances have aged you? What has kept you from aging? Calculate your age and share it with us. (Remember to show your work. ;) )
Hmm okay, so I don't have kids, I support myself. I own a home (but I don't live in it, do I lose points for that?), I can't drive stick-shift (although we call it manual here) and I do have a long term job. I'm not as physically active as I should be though (I walk the dog and occasionally do laps in the pool). Um, I have no idea how to work it out. People tell me I look younger than I really am...does that count?

I hate age. Why couldn't God make us all look 20 years old until the day we die?? :p
Because God doesn't care about the outward appearance, He looks at the heart [1 Sam. 16:7].
I for once DON'T wanna look 20...

@ seoulsearch...
No shame in being a cactus woman. I used to be a young cactus boy from ages 12-16,then moved on to Bonsai trees, until the age of 19 when I realized that I didn't inherit my Mother's green thumb. :)

Every since I saw karate kid as a child I have wanted a bonsai tree.... I've yet to get one. Every year when I go to Florida and see the little fruit stands with their bonsai trees I say I'm gonna get one but I never do. 2014 will be different..... it shall be year of the bonsai for me !

When i hang out with my children, i feel young. When i hang out with older people i feel young. When i hang out with the Father, i feel like a child. When i go through birth pains to learn patience, kindness, waiting on the Lord ...though it hurts like a birthing canal and squeezes me, i feel like a baby. I think i am going backwards in the Spirit realm, but my flesh is lying saying i am in pain and suffering because i am old and my friends don't help because they say i am old as they are. Who should i believe? My friends and flesh are outnumbered ...haha

If we're all willing to be honest, we want the genie. We want what we want when we want it. We want power and rebellion and what's easy.

Now, many of us understand that God is the better, safer, and wiser choice. But we all want the genie... even if it isn't all the time. We still want him.

I feel young at heart, but due to my life experiences I would estimate that my age to be several hundred years old.
