Could be a characteristic of their personality, a little flick of the hair, a smile, could be something related to the church, an action, or something someone wears, what makes you swoon? If you don't know what swoon means: it's like something that especially makes that person attractive to you. Makes you weak in the knees. Like if a lady really knows how to make your favorite steak or something. Lol.

I don't really swoon.... But I love to see a man playing with children...or taking care of a baby.....especially if they've never had a kid before. ..something about watching them gently interact with a baby or getting down on a kids level is precious to me.

Swoon is swoon.

There is no special male translation.
But males generally just don't admit to it.

If you ever tell a girl she did something that made you swoon,
she'll KEEP DOING IT.
And then...
all life as you know it is over.

It doesn't take Christian much for me to swoon. We could be talking about cannibalism and I would be swooning over him. :p

But it goes to a whole another level when it comes to his beard. Hahahaha!

At first I thought it said "Spoon-age". I was like yea... spoons pretty much changed the world.
I mean, without them we'd all be like...

Black leather jackets. Torn jeans. Longish (but not shoulder length or more) hair. Tattoos that aren't retarded. Stubble.

Cripes, I swoon over 80s bad boy cliches...

I thought that said Tom Jeans. I had to google it. Turns out googling images of torn jeans is not a good idea.

Guys in cardigans, sleeve tattoos, piercings (tactfully), stubble and short-medium length hair. I'll see guys on the street like that and stop and be like all duhhhhhhhhh for a second and then run away in the other direction.

Long black hair and dark eyes, can't resist it. I'm absolutely powerless against it.

+ generally, some display of intelligence, such as the capacity to teach me something and have some geek-fest can make me really swoon. my curiosity and love of learning can really pull me into a guy who has that similar quality and is fascinated by learning.

+ "intellectually rebellious", i.e. free thinker or doesn't fall into the herd, and has his own, strong opinions about things that he can explain why he feels the way he does. this is the opposite of someone who has all these "views" and values but when pressed, can't really explain his logic. he just believes them because others do (or his church does). i tend to respect people who have different views on things that i do, and can back them up, maybe even sway me.

+ in the past i've swooned pretty hard when a guy competes with me in something that i consider i'm good at -- be a sport, or game, or some challenge and knocks it out of the park, beats me (or nearly beats me), etc. a few months back, i went target shooting with a guy acquaintance (that i wasn't even interested in), and he totally blew my mind -- it was like WAT?!?!

+ the ability to make me laugh - funny/witty (not in a crude way) but droll, even playful can have a bit of a swoon-ish effect.

yeah, well, "the wrapping" isn't as effective on me, but i won't deny having a bit of a thing for scruff. : )

The way they smile... An attractive voice, even better if they can sing on pitch lol. The way they speak about God, especially if they share deep insight, it just goes after my heart like an arrow xD. And I definitely notice the small acts of kindness that they do towards those around them. I guess I would have to say I am pretty observant. Oh! Oh! Especially if they have that "sparkle" or "shine" in their eyes! The kind of person you know who isn't just looking at you but right into you. I feel so corny writing all of these things lol.

When a man says he's a mechanic. And not because my truck has constantly been breaking down this year. Okay, so maybe that has something to do with it.

Here are things some women do that make me "swoon"

1. When I see a woman carrying two ice creams cones, but the second one is not for any boyfriend, she just really likes ice cream, and is not afraid to show it.

2. When I am working out at the gym and the woman beside me is lifting heavier weights than I do. That's a little bit scary, but at the same time totally "swoon-worthy".

3. When I see a woman on the street take off her high-heel shoes and take out running shoes from her purse to put on, because she cares more about her own comfort rather than impressing men with inhumane 5 inch heels. Or maybe they only do that when I'm around so they can run away from me faster if I try to flirt with them!!!

For me, I'd say the age of swoon ended in 2001. I can no longer be swooned.
