Honestly, not by posting a thread like this. It tends to attract what a friend calls "creepers." Just actively run after Christ, and look around and see who is running the same speed as you. Volunteer to serve. As with finding "a good, christian woman," it isn't something that just happens. It is done through observation and participation while you, yourself, grow in Christ.

I once had a Christian woman ask me if someone at my church was available as she was looking for a decent Christian husband, I told her he was already engaged to be married, to which she replied did I know anyone else who was available, I told her I was, she thought it was safe to ask me as I had a daughter and had to be married, so she just made her excuses and left. Fed up with women exercising free will because I am near the bottom of the ladder as to what society deems "perfect" and "goodlooking", which most Christians still adhere to.

Do you really 'need' a man? If you believe you do then you're setting yourself up for bad relationships. Because the only guys who will respond to people who put out this vibe are people who don't care who they marry, or about being a good husband. They just want the first desperate sounding woman to come along, because they are often willing to tolerate being mistreated.
