it's on the back-burner of my mind... however, my first goal right now is not a relationship with a female, but my relationship with Christ.
that is first and foremost to me right now.

a relationship will come in time... His timing, not mine... and I rest in that promise that God knows exactly what I need at the right moment in time, and it will be perfect, because it's His timing :)

I'm looking and trusting God. I have had a long relationship that I was in go very bad recently... it wasn't anything I did so I am thankful for that at least. I am ready and trusting that God sends the right one along soon. I am so ready to settle down with someone and start a family.

well i'll say yes i am looking and waiting..sometimes I question God..why am I single and my very close friends are in a relationship each year.... and Im the only one left? to think about them makes me sick in the gut but i guess that's a journey that God takes us through even before we can be in a relationship...its a process that makes my journey worthwhile..and its every night I ask God when, where and how it will happen....but keep Believing that one day that good looking guy just walks right up to and asks you out

I think relationships are by far the hardest part of ones life once you think you have it down pat you find out you messed it all up?So as a man I have been hurt twice both unfaithful I still don't get that but I also did those relationships out side of Gods perfect will. Not this time if there is another time I figure if God wont's me to raise my little girl alone so be it,though I despretly wont a mate I have learned with out him I will allways fail.:(
And the hardest thing I find for me to do is let him lead I all ways wont to do it and he keeps the spankings coming, you would think by now after two failed marriages I would just let him you know? But I am trying and I am not ready to call it quits just yet.:)
So though I know you feel a little desperate the best advise I can give you is to wait on God to fill that void he knows your needs as he knows myn so hold on it will happen.God bless and keep you.David

Yes and no. I don't get out much and I'm not impressed with the women I run into at work. Never mind the whole they aren't saved thing. That pretty much leaves me with Christian dating web sites since I don't go to church. Long story and a topic for another place.

As for the question am I ready for marriage? Not really, but sometimes you just have to close your eyes and step off the edge. I guess the real question is, is the person you are interested in worth giving up your independance? Are they worth putting all your energy into making a relationship work? I haven't yet found a woman I can say that about. I'm one of those people who once I decide to leap into something, I'm all in.

Come on ladies, you all can start screaming in rage and indignation now.

every time I got knee deep in muck or relationship
I spent more time
trying to figure
NOW, HOW DO I GET MYSELF OUT OF THIS MESS?
BUT
the kind of women I chased and caught were not always
the kind of women you parade around your parents and say look what I got
I DO BELIEVE THIS MUCH
I am a different man being saved then I was as a sinner
SO
finding a woman who is saved
JUST COULD BE
the golden ticket I have been missing all of my life.........

I look for a friend in a partner more than a partner
I want someone who i can share my thoughts about God, but i guess God is the one who i can share with :D
But i still long for that special boy :)
