I have gotten rid of so much Kryptonite in my life but I do still have one....Chocolate! especially around that time of the month. lol
I have made it better for me by making homemade cocoa.

Mmmm that chocolate sounds delish! I think I have so many things that are my kryptonite:
-shoes, preferably boots
-service at church. anytime they ask, I can't say no no matter what else I have planned.
-my mom. she can drive me nuts and I will always yield to her.
-nail polish- I always think I need a new color
-lip gloss- same issue
-PIZZA... now I will eat a slice no matter what. I can't stay away.
-Haribo Gummy Bears... I love them so....

Dairy. I'm mildly allergic to it, but I love good cheese and good ice cream. I specify GOOD because low quality stuff just isn't worth the sinus junk I know I will have to put up with - don't talk to me about american cheese or store-brand ice cream. But some Blue Bell brand ice cream, or a good thick slice of that colby cheese we get from the Mennonite store... or some good havarti cheese, maybe on a slice of my homemade whole wheat sourdough bread... that is worth it. I will happily sniffle for the next few hours and deem it worth every sneeze to enjoy good ice cream or cheese.
