Although the forum says singles, this site isn't meant for dating or anything of that sort. It is just a place where singles fellowship with one another and sometimes get a little silly with our threads. I'm not saying that you won't come across some beautiful, strong willed, intelligent, God fearing, highly opinionated and just down right stunning woman... but this isn't a dating site.
Get to know the woman, befriend them and maybe someone might grab your attention because I do know of people on this sight that have fell for each other and are now heading towards a relationship or are already in a relationship but that isn't the sites main reason for existence.

The Admin/Mod team and users of Christian Chat welcome you to the Singles Forum and would like to say that we hope that you enjoy the community and fellowship here. Although over the years of Christian Chat's existence numerous users have met their spouse either through forum use or the live chat rooms, that is not the purpose of this community.
Although Christian Chat does not prohibit posting threads seeking a mate you will find that those types of posts are replied to with disdain since by far most of our single users use Christian Chat are here for the fellowship, not to seek out a mate.
Other than that, the streams of consciousness thread is kind of the general news and update thread for people so just hop to the end of that and you can get to know some of us who are around here a lot. Just be a normal humble likable person (with maybe an introverted geeky side) and you will get along fine.

You have come to the right place. I speak from experience. Settle down for awhile, write a few posts about yourself and cast your line upon the waters. I have found the best catch of my life in this site. I have a suggestion for you, create your own threads as this may prove to be very effective. Also, this site may be a good opportunity to comfort others and spread the good news of the Lord. Have an enjoyable stay and good hunting, or fishing as the case may be.
