Resist temptation and it will flee from you. :) Turn your burdens over to God, let him carry them.. :)

Let me see if I can word this correctly, and in a way that will help you.

When you fail to temptation, start again, don't feel like God is mad at you. He's not. He knows we're going to fail even before we do. Allow Him to continue to pick you up and love you. There's nothing you will do that's going to stop Him from loving you. We all fall and falter from time to time and fall short of God's desires for us. So don't let satan hold the fact you've failed over your head, because the more you dwell on the fact, the more its going to continue to drag you down.

I was at youth group a couple weeks back and I was talking to my youth pastor's wife about falling into temptation (I won't go into detail about what temptation) but she told me what to do, and it was something I'd never been told before, she said don't focus on running from Satan, instead focus on running to God, because running to God will automatically bring us further from Satan, and feeling from Satan can be extremely tiring, I know from experience, it can make the temptation stronger and the struggle even worse. So instead of praying to have strength to get away from temptation and trying to get through it, just dive into God's word and pray to Him like you would any other day :)
