Hello,
There are times when I feel the same, then i talk to god, talk to people, listen to music. Sometimes words lift me up, sometimes it doesn't but I know my problems have always been temporary. Today, I would say I'm glad i didnt give up on life that day. You will say the same one day. Whatever you're going through right now might be very hard but please do not lose hope. God will take care of you and everything will be alright soon. You need to stay strong, ask god for that strength. He loves you, don't worry. Sometimes i imagine hugging God, his large soft hand on my head, blessing me, smiling at me and telling me that things will be fine. It helps me a lot.
Someone sent me a compilation of bible verses one day and I read that whenever I'm upset. I'll write some of it here. This always helps me, I hope it helps you too

The best is always yet to come. No matter what the "best" will be for you, it is in the future. Quitting now means that you won't be around to experience whatever God has in store for your life.
