This can be a sign of being spiritually dead. The only way to be awake in the Lord is to seek him with all your heart. Jeremiah 29:11, "And ye shall seek me, and find me,when ye shall search for me with all your heart." Take a day. A week. However long it takes. Read your Bible all day.Meditate on it. Pray continually. Read Revelations if you're worried about the Rapture. Ask God to come alive in you again. Spend time in worship. If you have the infilling of the Holy Spirit, pray in tongues. "I will meditate on Your precepts And regard Your ways. I shall delight in Your statutes; I shall not forget Your word." Psalm119:15-16. Psalm 103"Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name."And when doubt crosses your mind, beat it down with God's word. "ForI know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth." Job 19:25."Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

My mom advises that you should pray to Jesus, and Jesus only. If you're catholic, I know that there is a belief in that religion that you can pray to dead saints. But, the Bible says that,
1Timothy 2:5 -"For [there is] one God, and one mediator between God and men,the man Christ Jesus;"
John 14:6, "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
