It is possible that most every woman feels she is overweight, and other not so nice adjectives that describe her attractive factor. I was in my mid thirties when I looked back on pictures of me in my late teens and early twenties and realized I was not ugly.

When my biceps dropped below 23", I was mortified. Right now, they are about 14", and even many of the 40 year old men at church ask me how I stay in such great shape. I would kill to put 5 more inches back on my arms (and take 7 off my waist)

Heck, Girl... Ain't none of us what we want to be......................................... but, I listen to what the ladies think, and I get a kick that they still want to touch the ol' boy. LOL

BTW, 14 is about the ideal age to start hitting a regular spa/gym program so that when you are your sister's age, you will be an unstoppable force that will make the guys wreck their cars, gawking.

Family can't afford the gym, but I run 1-2 miles every morning, and Sunday is the day I have push up contests with a retired marine :p (I won last time ;) )

I also have a "workout routine" I try to do when I can. Basically just planks, lunges, wallsits, sit ups, pushups, and flutter kicks. So not anything hard but yeah. I do the whole "gym" thing but without the gym

Sure. You're cheatin'. You're only lifting a half (maybe a third) of the weight he is.

Let this video run through three or four clips... They can be selected at the end)
Good stuff for shaping. (running (unless it is carrying a "Full Pack" just helps to keep ya skinny.)

My daughter is 5'4" and might weigh about 110. She eats like a bird, and worries about sugar consumption. In my late teens and early twenties at 5'4" I normally weighed around 122 pounds. If I lost weight for whatever reason (like drug use) I could go down to around 107 pounds. People told me I looked like a cadaver at that weight, but I thought my body looked fabulous that skinny. When I sat down, my stomach would concave.

I would take care with things like lunges, where you are putting undue stress on your knee joints. :)

Haha no, he makes sure I do them right. I can guarantee that.
Plus, when I used to live with my father one of his punishments was to make us do pushups, and if we did one wrong (or cheat) we would have to start over. So I try not to cheat.

And yup ik, I run 1. To keep me skinny and
2. So I don't die for sports conditioning

Ive never been skinny. Ive always been more a muscular type.
