This is your first post, and you havent introduced urself yet. Nice to see u in the forums... You said very little about the situation, but i think talking like u used to, asking some whys, hows, feelings and reasonings will help to get the persons position. While i thought it was simple to listen to others' problems and issues, i see it is also best when they are ready to talk, for we cannot force this. I cannot really say much now either. Feel free to post again as ur post seems to be hidden in the Teens forum where not very many adults go.
