Luke 24:27 look it up.. its more powerful when you open your own bible and see it for yourself

Its scary.. i mean it freaks me out. Can you believe that? what goes through your head when you read that. I mean what he's saying in that passage is that some of us will think that we're goign to heaven but he'll reject us, he'll refuse to even know us.

We'll say but i was there with you when you performed miracules and when you ate and drank.

i was there when you taught to the the people. But he'll say you disgust me i never even knew you and he'll send us away.. How many of us honestly think we're going to heaven because God Might Not Be.

Matthew 7:22------Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Is that the verse?

Although I take my Bible verses literally most of the time, for a second, put this aside and think about Romans 6:23 and Romans 10:9-10

"For all the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord"

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness;
and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

I think the bible verse you quote is a forcast for Judgement day. God said that we as people, we as sinners, are all on the same boat; we look as disgusting through sin as anyone else. Even the most sinful person on this Earth looks comparable to us in God's eyes. However, judgement and salvation and totally different, and God never contradicts himself. We can be saved, it is our choice. It takes a lot more work than one of these prayers in your life, but the more you grow in Christ and learn of Christ, the clouds of our vision of Heaven start to fade.

You should fear God, but never retreat from him. I hope this helped a little =]
