I hope it went well Natania.

So much wisdom here (wish I had this kind of support when I was a teenager!! xD)
It went okay.
I didn't stay for his reaction haha...
But, he's been the same. Which is bad and good.
He has this thing going on where he likes to come up to me and put his arm around me or his head on my shoulder and it makes me super uncomfortable especially after I said no.
And I try to tell him to stop but he will not listen.
But, he doesn't seem hurt or anything like that

That is very weird. Are you sure that he is not mentally retarded or something?

He sounds weird. Take a pic of him with your phone, and tell him, beforehand, that it is because your BIG brother, the policeman, wants to have it in his possession.

He sounds creepy. And clingy. And like he thinks he can push you around.
I don't like him.
TELL, do not ASK, him that you're not comfortable with the head on shoulder and arm around you stuff. Don't say can you stop TELL him to stop. Maybe I'm misreading but I feel like you're super nice and too sweet which to stupid teenage boys is easily misread and I really think you need to learn now how to say "No. You're not doing that" while smiling but letting him know he needs to back the snap up. Willies idea is good and would most likely work too but learning to very firmly stand up for yourself will do you well.

I don't want to scare you, but the situation sounds kind of creepy to me. The kind of audacity that he is displaying is abnormal.
Yeah I know, I've tried bringing it to the teachers attention. They've done what they can i.e. not sitting him next to me or in gym not putting him on the same team

I mean and it's not awful, I've had guys try to do worse; Corbin, you were in high school (maybe still in high school I don't know) but you gotta know how some of the guys are.
So really what he's doing isn't awful in comparison.
That's not saying I like it or try to let him do it. It's annoying and I tell him to stop, but still

Ok, before I was more or less joking. Now I'm not :p If you tell him to stop and he doesn't then he needs put in his place. Dont laugh when you say no. Don't even hint that you're kidding. If he puts his dumb head of your shoulder move and push him slightly back. If he puts his arm around you move away and push his arm off. Watch your body language. don't be kind. don't say please don't do that. just firmly say DON'T. who gives a rats rear if his feelings get hurt.

Good for you! That is definitely a step in the right direction. At least someone else knows about it and is accountable for keeping you safe.
