You know, you're right. We should be seeking God's blessing, but above all we should be seeking HIS glory, and that is what is going to eventually bring down blessings upon us, even if we don't see them in this life.

...This is all fine and dandy, but I question the fact that you are encouraging growing teens to essentially starve themselves by fasting.

I disagree.. Many of these things are based on a works mindset.. example """7--ASK BLESSING 100 TIMES.""" This is without doubt coming from a works religion mindset. It is a repetitious prayer , a chant.. Same kind of thinking as spinning a Tibetan prayer wheel

Also God cannot be blessed by us.. God is the One who does the blessing..

Fasting does not purge evil.. Sinlessness in the flesh is not obtained by fasting..

Keeping the 10 commandments is impossible for flesh human beings.. That's why Jesus came and suffered death to pay the price of our transgressions against the 10 commandments..

I encourage you to read the Gospels and seek the truth....
