I am especially thankful to God today for food on the table. Wow, we have so much and we take so much for granted :(

Yes, we do take so many things for granted. I wrote a blog entry on "gratitude" and it pretty much sums up what you're saying. I think keeping a gratitude notebook is good for keeping track of all the things you're thankful for that God has blessed you with.
