hmmm at the moment..I read..mostly posts...and the odd research arcticle online..when I need info..

I should read the BIBLE more..but I have read it much over the course of my lifetime..

although I have not always succeeded in understanding its wisdom

I would love to read law books right now..and become a lawyer...

a lawyer that fights for true Justice..and not measley papper dollar bills...

I would love to be a lwayer that works entirely free for the pursuit of justice for those to poor to "BUY" justice...

right now I'm reading my post...(checking for spelling errors),,(winks)

next book I open..online or in my hands..I will let you know...

God Bless you
and thankyou for your prayers

For anyone interested in health and nutrition, there's a book that just came out called TRANSCEND by Ray Kurzweil and Terry Grossman, MD. Most diet books out there are junk, but this is the real deal. The information here is the bleeding edge of peer-reviewed scientific understanding in the field much of which you won't find anywhere else, and based on an incredibly comprehensive consideration of research and studies. (TRANSCEND by the way is an acronym that stands for Talk with your doctor, Relaxation, Assessment, Nutrition, Supplements, Calorie reduction, Exercise, New technology, and Detoxification.)
