I told the full story of my friend who did something bad in my parents' house and how he could not come in for a long time, because my dad banned him from it. But eventually he was forgiven. But now I want to put it into your perspective.

How many of you have a friend that can come into your house like they live there, and go right to the refrigerator and get whatever he wants to eat. And can kick off his shoes and put his feet on your couches as if he lives there? I mean, a friend that is ALLOWED to do this? Well, I don't have any friends like that, and I never have.

A friend like this is pretty much a sibling. He has access to everything without asking. And for some things, he must ask, but he isn't prevented. FREE ACCESS!!
But my friend was banned from my house from doing something bad, but then he repented of it, and I forgave him, and as long as he was with me (a new condition, since his bad deed changed his relationship with my dad, and so now he can only have access by me) he can have that free access again. But if my dad were to see him alone, without me, he would be kicked out, and he might ask, ''where is my son, why are you not with him? Get out.''

In the beginning, man had this free access. But by sin, they were banned from the garden. Yet, by grace and mercy, we are allowed back in fellowship with God, through Jesus Christ. Jesus let me understand his gospel this way. I actually experienced it in my own life. And this is how I have learned the truth of his Word.

So. Now my friend is like a son again, as long has he is with me. But without me, he is a stranger. Now, if my friend chose to ignore the rules, and goes and does something again, for instance, curse my mother, I am sure that would be like a blasphemy, and he would NEVER be let back in, regardless of me. Then, he is only left to my dad, and I cannot intercede for him. Perhaps my dad will allow him, perhaps not, but knowing my dad, most likely not, but maybe.

This is the message of the gospel. The gospel is good news in so many ways. And I may make a 2nd post to talk about the ways. Jesus Christ is the gateway to the House of God. He is the mediator. He is the interceder. He is the go to guy. He is the door. He is the way!

Imagine now if my friend felt he had to come through the window? Certainly he doesn't have the keys to enter, and Jesus said that this is the same as a thief. I will post more.

May Jesus bless you.

I want to talk now about some of the things we have access to, as friends with Christ. But first:

A friend that is a good friend, still does not have right as a son. A son is the offspring of the father. So then, how can a friend become a son? ADOPTION!! This is a legal binding. A person can legally become a son, if they are adopted into a family. Let's have a look at it:

Gal 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
Gal 4:5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.

AHH! See?? We have to be adopted. And then the father will teach us the same way he taught his first begotten Son, Jesus Christ. I say first begotten, because. And the Father gives us the Spirit to teach us his ways. He gives us his Word.

Gal 4:6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.

So we can call him, ABBA!! FATHER!! I want to give you another scripture:

Eph 1:5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
Eph 1:6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

So we are accepted in the Son. If we stick with the Son, we have access. And we will grow into the image and likeness of the Son. This is how it works. Have you ever heard someone say of two people, ''you two look alike,'' even though they were born from two different wombs? Most of the time, this is because they have spent so much time together, that their mannerisms become the same. And only God knows it, but I believe they actually physically can grow to look the same. I wonder. Anyhow. This is what it means to be shaped into his image. Let's see it.

Rom 8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

So he was the firstborn among many brethren, adopted brethren. And Jesus lets us know who are sons and who are not:

Mat 12:50 For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. (yup)

It is very simple then what the good news is. It is good news, because we have access to the promises of the Father. This includes every promise. So now we can read the bible and look for the promises. Of course, there are promises based on what we do, be it good or bad.

One thing I think about, is that a servant can also become a son. Like in the days of slavery, a servant could inherit something from the master if they passed, if they were good servants. But in the same way, by adoption they can be sons. Let's read about the servant:

Joh 8:35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever.
Joh 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.

AMEN!!! I will post more. I did not get into the access we have yet. LOL. This is so good, may the Holy Spirit move in and through you confirming the Word.

I want to start this post with some scriptures:

Rom 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Eph 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.

AND PRETTY MUCH ALL OF EPHESIANS 3 TALKS ABOUT THE PROMISES!! WOW!!

Eph 3:1 For this cause I Paul, the prisoner of Jesus Christ for you Gentiles,
Eph 3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:
Eph 3:3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words,
Eph 3:4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ)
Eph 3:5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
Eph 3:6 That the Gentiles should be fellowheirs, and of the same body, and partakers of his promise in Christ by the gospel:
Eph 3:7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.
Eph 3:8 Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;
Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ:
Eph 3:10 To the intent that now unto the principalities and powers in heavenly places might be known by the church the manifold wisdom of God,
Eph 3:11 According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord:
Eph 3:12 In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him.
Eph 3:13 Wherefore I desire that ye faint not at my tribulations for you, which is your glory.
Eph 3:14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Eph 3:15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named,
Eph 3:16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;
Eph 3:17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
Eph 3:18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
Eph 3:19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
Eph 3:20 Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,
Eph 3:21 Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

But let's look now at the promises:

1) Grace
2) Inheritance
3) Effectual working of his Power
4) Riches
5) Manifold wisdom of God

These are just a few I spotted. But it refers to THE PROMISE! Let's see if we can find, THE PROMISE!!

Well. I found this:

Heb 9:15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of ETERNAL INHERITANCE.

1Ti 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

Gal 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Hmm. It looks like the promise is eternal. That is all i will go to say for now on that.

Rom 4:16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
Rom 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Rom 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

I will stop here for now.

May Jesus bless you.

PRAYER:

Now. Let's talk about prayer. Just like my friend and I. In order to maintain a relationship, we talk, we hang out, we do things together. We walk together and do things together. And the more we learn each other's mannerisms, the more we can KNOW what one will do. Even so, we learn each other's voice. But in order to do this, we must HEAR each other speak. This is what is called DISCERNMENT of his voice. Let's see if we can find this in scripture.

Heb 5:14 But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

Well. We can see that one thing about Him, He will never speak evil. So if we know he is good, then any evil does not come from him. Good is His nature. Evil is not his nature. This also comes from the days of Moses.

Eze 44:23 And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.
Eze 44:24 And in controversy they shall stand in judgment; and they shall judge it according to my judgments: and they shall keep my laws and my statutes in all mine assemblies; and they shall hallow my sabbaths.

Well. The Lord is a judge. and he hopes that we judge according to his judgments. So let's see what his judgments are:

Psa 119:39 Turn away my reproach which I fear: for thy judgments are good.

Psa 119:75 I know, O LORD, that thy judgments are right, and that thou in faithfulness hast afflicted me.

Psa 119:137 TZADDI. Righteous art thou, O LORD, and upright are thy judgments.

Isa 26:9 With my soul have I desired thee in the night; yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early: for when thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness.

Hos 6:5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.

Rev 16:7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.

So his judgements are:

Good
Right
Faithful
Upright
To be In the earth
Righteous

Well, seems like all wickedness is not the voice of the Lord. But let's read now about his voice:

Psa 29:3 The voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thundereth: the LORD is upon many waters.

This reminds me of a Revelation form revelation. ''Many waters''

Psa 29:4 The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

Psa 29:5 The voice of the LORD breaketh the cedars; yea, the LORD breaketh the cedars of Lebanon.

Psa 29:8 The voice of the LORD shaketh the wilderness; the LORD shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.

Psa 29:9 The voice of the LORD maketh the hinds to calve, and discovereth the forests: and in his temple doth every one speak of his glory.

Here is a big hint at his voice:

Psa 95:7 For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. To day if ye will hear his voice,
Psa 95:8 Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
Psa 95:9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.
Psa 95:10 Forty years long was I grieved with this generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:
Psa 95:11 Unto whom I sware in my wrath that they should not enter into my rest.

Now this is the Holy Spirit speaking. He has been saying this for MANY generations:

Heb 3:6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
Heb 3:7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
Heb 3:8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
Heb 3:9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
Heb 3:10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
Heb 3:11 So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)

AHH! So if you cannot hear his voice, you cannot know his ways. And we see that his voice is heard in the heart!! And from hear we can go on to see how he speaks to the heart, and how his ways are made manifest in our heart once our heart is RENEWED!!

I hope the Lord opens your ears and eyes to see this marvelous revelation. I forgot to talk about prayer. But maybe more next time. OH WAIT here it is:

Jas 4:1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?
Jas 4:2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not.
Jas 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.
Jas 4:4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
Jas 4:5 Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?
Jas 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.
Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Jas 4:9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
Jas 4:10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.
Jas 4:11 Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Jas 4:12 There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
Jas 4:13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and sell, and get gain:
Jas 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.
Jas 4:15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.
Jas 4:16 But now ye rejoice in your boastings: all such rejoicing is evil.
Jas 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

May Jesus bless you.

Well. I just cannot go to sleep yet!! Haha. So now. Let's see about these friends that become Son's just to recap.

The friend was a stranger once he disobeyed the Father. And then he went to Jesus, THE SON. And over time they became good friends again. And soon the friend had regained access to the Father's house, AS LONG AS HE WAS WITH THE SON!! And the Father taught him his ways. And eventually the friend was adopted as a son. Jesus Christ is the first begotten son of God. And many other sons come and live in his Father's house with him. Now let's see what can happen.

The house gets bigger and bigger, as Jesus Christ begets more friends to sons. It is the Holy Spirit that draws them to Jesus. And he befriends them, and some become sons. And they get access to everything Jesus does. Like grace, and eternal life. And also the Holy Spirit, which is like the birthright, or birthmark.

And so, the son's LEARN the voice of Jesus. And if of Jesus, then of God. This is the purpose of the Holy Spirit. To teach us the ways of Jesus.

But what if some hear him, but do not obey him? And there are some who never hear him.

It is like if I said something, and my friend hears me, but doesn't pay attention to me. He hears the words, but he does not receive them. In the same way, if we hear his words, and we don't take them into our heart, it did not good. Even more, if he says to do something, and we don't do it, then we are disobedient. Many times we directly disobey the Holy Spirit, as he convicts us with our conscience that what we did was not like Jesus.

If you know Jesus, you don't have to ask, ''What would Jesus do.'' Because if you know him, you would do what he does, as you have learned his ways, and have become like him. It would look really silly if I asked myself, ''What would Jesus do if he saw a man hanging off of a cliff?'' The answer is that he would reach for him and take him by the hand and pull him to safety, and in an extreme case, he would even give his own life for the man.

So we are searching the deep things of God in Christ. It is like my friend asking (PRAYING) me questions trying to figure me out. And actually, lol, no matter how many questions my friend asks me, he can never fully figure me out, because I only share certain things with him. And sometimes he asks the wrong questions. Yet other times I let him know something about me. Some things he could not handle if I were to let him know it. This is grace.

Well, I can talk forever about this. But I will actually go get some sleep, even though my body doesn't even need sleep at a time like this.

May Jesus bless you.
