Jesus taught me how to give a gift!!

The way Jesus taught me to give is to first, not limit the measure of the gift.

For instance, if I have 400$ in my account, 400$ is my limit in the price of the gift (no matter who the person is receiving it).

Then you have to consider the person's needs and desires (This part takes a lot of time, a question here and there helps.) Most of the time, a desire that is also a need is the best gift.

If you hold back in what you give, it will not be a good gift. If you hold back anything it won't be received as well. Give it your all!!

And every time I gave like this, the gifts were well accepted!!

A gift has a way of bringing new life to a person. I give my parents updated expensive gifts so that they will not become old and outdated. lol. Of course, I don't make it something that would be more of a bother. A gift that suits them also.

And the best way to give it is in secret, that way they know you don't do it for glory.

Oh yes, and the gift has to be FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No strings attached. No ultimatum. No reward for it!!!

May Jesus bless you. :)

Not to be rude, but I thought this was supposed to be common sense.

I have witnessed it isn't!! It is becoming less common sense.

Most people give what they can ,''afford to give.'' But a gift that costs you what you CAN't afford, ahh that is a whole other things.

May Jesus bless you.
