Hi, everyone!

As you know, I'm pretty strange person... In my head are only strange and crazy thoughts... But anyway, I want to say that, what I have in my heart right now. That what is in my head...
So, when I read all these threads in CC... People are leaving. These who still are here, are talking about love, money, masturbation, sex and all other kinds of sin... People are feeling bad. A part feeling good... They get angry on each other. They are starting to hate, they condemn each other... But is that exactly that what Jesus wanted us to be? I don't think so. All the time, Jesus was talking that we have to be as one, like He and Father is one. And that we and He would be one. But whats happening right now? think.......
I just want to say for all of you: STOP DOING ALL THIS! ENOUGH! STOP CONCENTRATING YOU ON SINS, STOP CONCENTRATING YOU ON DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OUR DIFFERENT THOUGHTS, STOP THINK WHAT IS GOOD AND WRONG, STOP JUDGE EACH OTHER, BECAUSE IT IS NOT THAT WHAT GOD WANTS.

JUST BE GLAD AND HAPPY WITH ALL YOU HAVE. BE PROUD OF BEING YOURSELF... JUST CONCENTRATE ALL YOU ON GOD. EVEN YOU FAILED. EVEN YOU ARE STUCK IN SOMETHING. FORGET IT, BECAUSE THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW. GOD NOW IS IMPORTANT. KEEP YOUR EYES ON HIM AND AS HE PROMISED, YOU WILL BE SAVED, YOU WILL BE WITH HIM ONE DAY, HE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU...

So, it was that what I wanted to say this time. There are people that will not like all this I wrote. But who cares... Maybe someone will think about this a litle bit...

Thank you very much... And God bless you :)
Hugs.

You have a good point. However, the issues are people's responses more then their initial questions. One problem is that text is very difficult to interpret.

We need to respond in love, and with mercy and grace. There is nothing wrong with conversations about sex, love, money, masturbation, and other real life issues. Those are real life and there's nothing wrong with pondering them and getting advice. The problem is with the answerers who condemn, leave angry , humiliating, and ridiculing messages, and use very strong language. For one, if you think someone's just whining guess who's job that is to judge. If you think they're whining, find another post. Two, love does not come attached to a mallet. When you are saying something strongly then you need to check yourself over and over and over again. What spirit are you writing in. If you are boiling inside thinking, "again!" "this person is ridiculous!" "what the? ". Guess what you need to do? Walk away.
Three, realize you're not God. If you don't answer or you had to lovingly tone down your language, Gods still on the throne. Lastly, acknowledge people's feelings. It will help you to sound more loving. It will help them to sound more heard. And it will help you to actually pay attention when you read. Beginning a message with, "I'm sorry you _______." will remind you that you arent writing to a screen that can take anything you dish out. There are people out there that reading your messages. Btw, emoticons go a looooonnng way to helping others interpret you typed messages.

There is an advantage to aging...you (usually) become more mellow and self-controlled. Not always, but a maturing Christian will have these qualities.

It's easy for young people to get carried away with what they're typing...anyone can, but this is especially true for teens. I did used to be one :) and I remember feeling so passionately about something that I didn't always think about my responses until it was too late. And with communicating over the internet, it's EXTREMELY easy to vent instead of listen. Anonynmity (sp?) makes it easy to be un-self-controlled.

Great post fightingforthe light! You're much further along than I was at your age!

Though I think one purpose of this site is for people to ask for advice about problems they're having. But, you're right, we have to be careful of how we respond to each other :)
