Masturbation = Lust ---> Lust = Sin ---> therefore ---> Masturbation = Sin
I am sure with regards to Masturbation someone will say something ''what if I think of nothing when I masturbate'' there are many answers to that...

If you look at the scripture I have already posted, I am sure you will find the answer which is... no. Although admittedly there is not much scripture with much relation to drugs so....
harmful drugs = NO
recreational drugs = probably not, if in doubt, don't do it
