there must be at least 5' of daylight between you and your partner and you can't shake your hips.

Hi
I attend an aerobics class three times a week. Nothing wrong with that. My doctor is pleased that I have.
It's an all ladies group and it caters for older staff members in my university
best wishes

Colossians 2:16

16Therefore no one is to act as your judge in regard to food or drink or in respect to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath day-- 17things which are a mere shadow of what is to come; but the substance belongs to Christ.

Dancing is not a sin, However if one dances in a provocative way, and to provoke someone to tease sexually then I think that kind of dancing can lead to sin. But dancing is not a sin.

When I worship I always want to end up Dancing...just the flow in me....Arms up...the whole nine yards.. Dancing is awesome!....God created it! Yet for every God created thing there is the perverted knock-off version.

And Satan does use it to demand fleshes desires. And the world has a lot of places those Dances happen. But that doesn't make Dancing bad. At All!

Understanding the enemies attack is a good thing ........ so we don't stay naive.

Part of that awareness comes in understanding the nature of Men's and women's bodies and their differences as well.If our goal is to remain pure before God in the flesh.God's version says There is a time and place for everything.

Men are like light switches......Women are like Irons.........And this includes dancing among other things.

A man get's turned on quick and off just as quick, just like a light switch. On the other hand, A woman takes awhile to warm up, but when unplugged takes awhile to cool off. Now in dancing you don't have to get to that place, but the body isn't as smart as you are.

It want's to get to the point...even when you never expected it to. Girl's need to know that about men to help them prevent their fall. And guy's need to know that about themselves first, then, the girl- thing to understand what messages the girl may not be sending.. So just be aware, and Dance the night away.

God said we are FREE....but not everything we are free to do is good for us. Discernment is always a food worth digesting.

in and of itself, no, dancing isn't sinful.. the manner in which you dance is.. if you're dirty dancing or bump-n-grinding on someone, then that's an inappropriate way to dance..
For me, salsa music, is sinful... Sometimes I wish I had a way to turn off my ears...

Dancing while listening to worship music and praising Jesus? Absolutely not! Dancing by going to a night club and grinding on strangers? Yes.

Dancing comes from celebration. It is the exuberant expression of joy. For people who are repressed, who have hidden so many unrecognised and unresolved emotions, it often becomes the desires they have denied they have, which is nothing to do with the expression, but their current emotional state.
Dancing is also a way for boys and girls to be socially introduced in a group setting that is both safe and supervised.
Some use dancing as merely sexual foreplay, like in rave clubs etc which is a completely different setting and a social gathering with a purpose for sexual exploitation.
For the innocent, it is easy to get confused over all this difference, but it is very real, you just need to educate yourself, and take that which you are happy with. Street Pastors are a work which demonstrates when dancing etc goes outside sensible and healthy boundaries...

On, the, question, is, dancing, His, will, for, us, now, as, singles, versus, in, the, context, of, marriage.

Music and, dancing, are, His, will, prior, to, finding, the, Kingdom, of, God. However, even, a, hug, outside, of, marriage, isn't, His, will, nor, is, it, His, will, those, married, hug, in, public. Holding, hands, in, the, context, of, dancing, is, only, His, will, in, groups, never, two, holding, hands. And again, those married, dance, different, privately, but, publicly, they, are, agape, facing, or, rather, no, one, can, tell, they, are, married, but, you, can, tell, they, are, friends, like, others, in, their, group.

An, inspired, answer, to, your, honest, question.
