the bible says a few things in Leviticus before it talks about tattoos.
Leviticus 19:19 ‘You shall keep My statutes. You shall not let your livestock breed with another kind. You shall not sow your field with mixed seed. Nor shall a garment of mixed linen and wool come upon you.
Leviticus 19:26 ‘You shall not eat anything with the blood, nor shall you practice divination or soothsaying.
Leviticus 19:27 You shall not shave around the sides of your head, nor shall you disfigure the edges of your beard.
Leviticus 19:28 You shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor tattoo any marks on you: I am the Lord.

You say : i know i am right, hmmm....I think that you have to be carefull if you have a strong opinion about a topic in the bible, if you are going to debat until the bitter end, then you might think you be right, but i am sure God is sad when christians debat like that... And you might lose a friend, or worse discourage a non christian.. just a thought ok? : )

i personally think that ear peircings arent a bad thing but the other ones are weird. i honestly think tattoos are great! i dont have piercings or tattoos seeing as im 13 but god never said you can't decorate his temple. 
. my cousins friend has tons of tattoos up his arm all about jesus and how much he is devoted to him. alot of christian bands have tattoos too.i dont think theres anything wrong with it

I don't like tattoos on women anyway. Okay maybe if you have one small one somewhere in a decent place and its like a flower or something or a cross. But this fad is growing severely out of proportion.
In the latest Simpsons episode Lady Gaga says to Lisa, "you un-tattoed little miracle". I laughed, but I laughed because its true. Most women, not to mention most men, have tattoos now, and way too many of them, and in absurd places. And like 20 of them.
I don't exactly know what it is that annoys me about them. I think its just the conformist aspect of it. Because people get it because their friends all have it. Everyone is just trying to copy each other and conform like a bunch of mindless sheep. Also it just looks wrong somehow... Idk. Its not natural.
I don't think the Bible has anything to say about it, and God probably doesn't care, because youre not really hurting anyone.
I feel the same way about piercings. Pierced ears are fine and good, and earrings are beautiful, but anything else annoys me.
Again it looks bad, and you're just trying to copy your friends in order to fit in. Its sad. Have your own identity. Don't mindlessly copy your friends. It takes a lot more courage and personality to be different from your friends and have them like you as you really are.
Funny, it used to be that tattoos and piercings only used to be worn by outcasts and non-conformists. Now that everyone has one, us non-conformists need to go back to wearing nice clean clothes and business suits. LOL.
