Hey so I just read about this 3030 challenge it's thirty minutes of bible study for thirty days. Anyone have any tips on how to accomplish this in a way that has a really large impact on me and where should I start there's too many books in the bible. But I know it's too hard to stay in the beginning?

I'll be honest... in my opinion things like 30 day bible study (trying to cover the whole bible at once) isn't really good (For some people like me)
I've done a few and all it ever did for me was make me frustrated.
I felt like I was being rushed to learn Gods word and then I felt like I was failing Him because I couldn't do it all in that short amount of time.
Plus I didn't really learn anything..
But that's just me everyone is different.

So if you're goin to do it I wouldn't do a full reading of the bible 30 days.
I think you should try something like what I do. Make a list of a few different things you wanna learn (like Sin, prayer, Holy Spirit or anything like that.)
Then go through and study on those things for 30-60 days. Don't pick too many things at once you might not be able to really dig deep if you have too many things. Then after your 30-60 days are over start picking out a few other things and start over. (Before you know it you'll cover the whole bible)
This way you cover everything and you'll have time to understand it and not just read it.
Hope this helps.

Presley:

I think I hear what is already the voice of experience. You already know what works for you. The need for regular, prayerful Bible reading about believers is unchanging; but individual believers by personal experience gradually develop their own method of reading. As Ephesians says, it's 'the washing of water by the word'.

Blessings.

Hi there! I guess folk need to do one of two things.

1) Figure that they want to do the Indy 5000.

2) Or read the Bible and think about what they are reading.

Einstein could probably have done both.

Me: I'm not Einstein; just a simple, born again believer by God's grace.
