I want to be alone, but I don't want to be left alone. Wanna go somewhere else but I can't do that. It's hard to explain my feelings.

I'd suggest texting/emailing your friends. PMing your friends on here, etc. :) Maybe if you can give me a better idea of what you mean and how you're feeling I can help u a lil better. ;) Btw, you can friend/pm me and we can also talk like that. :)

I just want a quality time alone, a break for everything! Wanting to go somewhere else but I don't have the capacity to do that because of cerebral palsy. I'm over thinking for quite a while that causes me to lose my focus and to be stressed out. Q

When Jesus was here on earth, He use to go up on a mountain or somewhere alone and pray to the Father. He spent quality time with God and always was devoted to Him in everything. Nothing He did was outside of what the Father desired.

Regular excercise - it'll help you feel more energetic and outgoing.

And then force yourself to get out with friends at least once a week. Nothing fancy, literally just visiting a friend to do the same things you do at home, but it's important, and will boost your mood.

if your mobility doesn't let you go out for a walk in nature, what about reading a book?
or painting or drawing, making music or origami.
these are things i do when i feel like this.
i don't know how well you are able to get around or concentrate, but i'm sure there is something you can do like this to help clear your mind and let you rest.

You have quite a trip to take, learning how to live well with cerebral palsy. I and my daughter worked together for how she could live well with severe asthma, it absorbed both of us. She found her outlet in art and just giving love and listening to people. Also reading and she loved going deeply into a certain culture, for instance the Egyptian culture for awhile.

In my old age, with physical abilities so diminished, my passion has been the OT and how it relates to the new. Through the dead sea scrolls there is so much that is known now that was buried for so many years by the wide expanse of time that separated us from it, the uncovered information is completely fascinating and absorbing. And to know our maker better is better than any other study can be.

Have you found an outlet to become absorbed in?
