I got a nasty concussion playing basketball and ended up breaking three parts of my neck, tearing tendons and ligaments, and nerve damage. At the time I was very angry at God for what happened, but now, I am closer to him because of what transpired. I had to have hope and believe in God that I would be okay and get through the tough times. I still have pain every once and awhile, but I know that God is with me every step of the way.

He's taken me through so many difficult times I really don't have the words for how thankful I am for that. Life is not easy, especially as you age and develop health issues and see your utility diminish in the labor market. It can be a very competitive and often difficult world that leaves you sick and in poverty barely hanging on sometimes day by day. Enjoy your youth. Though it doesn't seem like it, eventually it fades. Peace.

I searched the inter-web on how to do surgery, I went to town on my bike to get a doityourself surgery kit, and stuffed it in and sewed her up,lol She and her piglets are doing fine now 2 weeks later.

And now he's helping me make a choice about whether I do an apprenticeship or not, meaning I would have to move away from my parents farm. I was homeschooled so its kind of a new concept, lol.
