Can God and Jesus hear me if I talk to them in my head?

Sometimes when I'm in public, I think about God and Jesus and want to thank them for everything they have given me and everything they have done for me but I feel it would weird if I just closed my eyes and started praying in public (or at the dentist or doctor) can God and Jesus hear me if I talk to them in my head? (I pray almost every night so I dont always talk to them in my head)

I talk to God all day long and He answers me in quiet whispers. You will definitely want to be talking to God sitting in the dentist chair! You are practicing a very good thing, dear. Always stay close to God and He will draw you near to Him and never let you go. If you have not done so yet please confess your sins to Jesus, saying you are sorry for what you have done in the past. Thank Him for dying on the cross for you and invite Him into your heart. It does look as if you are traveling down the right road.

Jesus Is God, and yes he can hear everything you got to say, and even think. You got to remember, he created us. So yeh he can hear not only you, but everyone at the same time too. Why? Because He is God and can do all. things. And its good that you are apprieciative to God for all the things he has done for you. God hears that too. He can listen to your heart too, and I don't mean the pumping or the beats. But your heart as in your emotions, your love and care and your heart for things.

I personally believe God can hear you anytime you speak to Him whether it be through praise, worship, prayer, thoughts, or in your head, it does not at all matter where you are to pray or speak to God.
