So I live with my mother and a couple of her relatives who are not Christians and I go to a school where I kind of hide from people because I'm scared that they won't want to be around me because of my faith. I'm also having a hard time sharing the gospel because I know the majority of students know about Jesus and think lowly of him and hate him. My dad is the only person I can have fellowship with but I only see him every other weekend. I just feel a lonely and a little scared about proclaiming Jesus on my own.
So I guess my question is.. When you accepted Christ, how did people around you respond? and How did you reveal the truth that was given to you?

actually its hard for me, my family didnt like it. i used to be a catholic christian and when i decided to really accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior, they got so angry. they let me choose if i stop my studies or continue my faith. i have heard so many painful words but i never said anything on them since i couldnt talk at that time, cause my tears would burst out.

Anyway the Lord is so good, my Christian aunt helped me and my parents now allow me to go to church.
as for my friends, though not all but i can feel them wonder why i changed.
most of them just think that i am just changing religion, they were not happy that i am having a wonderful relationship with the Lord Jesus.
i tried to understand them since they also do not understand me.

i am a product of a campus evangelism. someone shared to me about the Lord Jesus at school.

at first also it is hard but never compromise your faith..
i always remember what my discipler say,
"what you don't conquer, it conquers you!"

i don't want to be conquered with fear and shame,

so what i do is i try to go to quiet areas in school and look for students who are not busy.
i share to them about Christ, usually with the help of a booklet like the CCC 4 Spiritual laws,
but i am not part of ccc, but i have also a booklet with almost same content,

and also you can just simply talk to your classmates or friends and tell them how Jesus changed your life,

Joshua 1:9

New International Version (NIV)

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

you are more than a conqueror friend! may the Lord bless you and expand your teriitories, in Jesus Name

He Jim! Almost all of my friends are non-believers or atheist! I 'just' telled them on a good moment. It wasn't just that easy as I write it. But Jesus helped me and the respect it! They don't berate anymore with God's name. Sometimes they make jokes about it, but I can (through God ^^) answer them and answer all their questions! :D I'll pray for you! You can do it, with God!
