I am going through a very scary thing right now, I am strait! I have had a steady relationship with a boy for almost 7 months, but lately I've been having feelings towards women! I know how bad it sounds! I don't think I'm a lesbian but I sure am thinking like one! I'm very scared, when ever I see a woman I think is attractive I day dream about very bad things! Oh, someone please help me controll my sin. If my daddy found out I am thinking this way he would disown me! How do I stop these feelings!?

You can't, you were born this way and thats that, its something you can't control..don't think you will go to hell either, god made you this way, and theres nothing you can do about it, if you like women you like women...Its not your fault.

Don't listen to him. Sometimes we all get our thinking off track in some way. When you start thinking like that, just tell your mind that you have the mind of Christ. The Holy Spirit resides in you. Turn your thoughts towards God, focus on Him. You will be fine. You DO have the ability to change with God on your side.

Are you sure you just aren't feeling infatuated with other girls? That's rather common in one's teenage years and it has nothing to do with being a lesbian. Rather it means you greatly admire and look up to them. It's a form of envy though. If these feelings are more than that, give them to God, see what He saws.

OK #1 you were NOT born this way. Not being mean. I'm just saying. You cannot be born gay or lesbian so anyone who tells you that is a liar. God says being gay is a sin. So therefore he would not let someone be born that way. I think you need to rebuke those thoughts and just pray that God takes away those thoughts and/or temptations. You can get rid of this. Maybe ask someone else who you can trust and who won't judge you to pray with you. I know with prayer if you really ask God he can change these thoughts. This is just the devil tempting you. Don't give in and keep praying. You'll make it through this. :)

Alex, I'm sorry to say this but no you are wrong. God does not approve of being Gay. Please read Romans 1. It explains that homosexuality is a sin and such. She can get rid of this and fix it. God doesn't make anyone born Gay. He makes people born in the image of himself.

Hey sister, you got to rebuke the thoughts and don't think about them. Ask the lord for help and ask him to give you strength to overcome those thoughts. You can do it with Christ with you. Ill pray for you, God Bless!

It is inevitable to not be tempted, but as children of God we have all the help needed to overcome those temptations. As soon as one of those thoughts enters your mind (which is inevitable) you have two choices. One is to reject it and pray immediately or two feed that thought and let it enter your heart. When you go about the second choice you have sin already. "But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart" Matthew 5:28. Notice this verse doesn't say that whoever looks at a woman has sin. The act of looking and perhaps saying "oh she is pretty" isn't a sin, but the condition of letting lust enter your hear is the sin. Rebuke those thoughts as soon as they enter your head and maybe speak to an older wise Christian woman that can minister to you :)

That seems wrong. No father should disown his own daughter if it turned out she was bisexual and he found out about it. It sure is not following the example that Jesus taught when it comes to loving others.
