Hello sister,

Stop feeling like that, You belong to Christ. He created you for a purpose. Be patient for some more days. Everything will be alright. You will definetly find a way to come out of the troubles you are going through.

Stop worrying and Pray without ceasing. Study bible and follow it. Love God only more than anyone else in this world. Becoz, every thing/one will fade away. But God never. Love other as you love yourself. That brings good relationship in your life, you can keep that till you live in this world. When God is feeding birds and animals, He will definitely care for you. You are more worthy than those animals. Keep faith in God and be Blessed.

So. . . .I've decided that exercise is the cure all for EVERYTHING. and honestly when I have the urge to cut. IF i can make myself do a set of exercises instead . . . .I can get over anything. lol.

And the soreness you'll feel from the "workout" is a good pain that you don't have to hide like cutting but you still get the satisfaction of feeling the pain. I know thats PROBABLY not the right way to go about it. BUT its better then leaving scars. at least you'll get a better body out of it and you'll end up feeling better about yourself because of it too.

I agree somewhat with the above statement. Working out does help relieve stress and can be a really great 'go-to' thing when you wish to self harm. Another thing you can do is every time you get the urge, turn to the Bible. If you feel like you want to self harm, pick up your Bible and start reading. :) That always helps me when i'm down and having a pretty bad day. I pray things get better for you! God Bless!

P.S. If you need anyone to talk to, you can always feel free to PM me! I'm always open to helping people with anything! :)
