Hello I am a youth leader/pastor. Lately I have been struggling with sexual desires. I have been strong since I started but now they have been greater but I am not sure if I have gotten my guard down or something. I have been thinking of when I get marry and have sex for the first time. I search on the things you can and you can't do inside of the marriage bed. That lead me to read about how wires performed oral sex to their husbands and such things, reading that lead me to ejaculate without touching my genitals at all. I have fallen into this three times, I feel God expected more of me and that I failed him. I need strength and prayer to get back to my feet.
The battle is surely in the mind!
Phil 4v8: "For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely and lovable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think on and weigh and take account of these things [fix your minds on them]. [AMP]
1Cor 10v13: "For no temptation (no trial regarded as enticing to sin), [no matter how it comes or where it leads] has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you that is beyond human resistance and that is not adjusted and adapted and belonging to human experience, and such as man can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you be tempted and tried and assayed beyond your ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the means of escape to a landing place), that you may be capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently. [AMP]
2Cor 12v9: "But He said to me, My grace (My favor and loving-kindness and mercy) is enough for you [sufficient against any danger and enables you to bear the trouble manfully]...[AMP]
Heb 4v15: "For we do not have a High Priest Who is unable to understand and sympathize and have a shared feeling with our weaknesses and infirmities and liability to the assaults of temptation, but One Who has been tempted in every respect as we are..." [AMP]
Heb 7v25: "Therefore He is able also to save to the uttermost (completely, perfectly, finally, and for all time and eternity) those who come to God through Him, since He is always living to make petition to God and intercede with Him and intervene for them." [AMP]
