People are confessing faith in the word but denying it in action.
Faith without work is dead.
Trying to believe but yet never acting on the word of GOD.
GOD does nothing without HIS Word.
By dear, activate your faith by acting on the word, living in the word. How do you do this? You do this by meditating on the word and living in Love. Faith without love is dead. Love is the force that makes faith work.
My dear, do the word, live in the word, act the word and trust implicitly in the word.
I love you.
JESUS loves you.

I totally agree with your post. I am a work in progress myself. I'm finally living out my faith in life instead of just doing it one hour in church service on Sunday. & I've come here for encouragement & hopefully new friendships.

Simply put! Acting upon our faith would take faith, right? lol Instead of me running to the local medical facility last week, I touched my gout infected foot and said, in pure faith, "GOD, I surrender this pain over to you. Heal me of this and take this out of my life so that I can be more of an effective witness for THEE!" Guess what....the pain immediately stopped. So far, NO GOUT! IT is all to our own benefit that we ACT upon our faith..otherwise, what kind of holy GOD do we serve?

You have no idea how much I hate fake christians GOP. My father was a abuser, he hurt all of us and took advantage. Then to see him posting christian quotes on facebook as if he believed any of those things or acted on them. He thinks he acts a christian way, and then does another.

Then there is my sister, to put it bluntly, does things that would make a whore blush, and yet she also calls herself a christian.

I'm pretty sick of people to claim to know or follow Christ, then turn around and hurt people. It pisses me off to know end. This is why Christianity is in decline, because there is false believers holding up the banner of Christ, and leave destruction behind them everywhere they go.

Peace be with you Shawn2516 in JESUS Name. You are right and this situation is rampart. It is because of such behaviors that this message was posted. So many people are deceiving themselves and others that they believe in JESUS CHRIST why indeed they do not. But let your past experiences don't hold you back to trust in the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY. Forgives those involved and move forward. Looking on to CHRSIT JESUS our LORD. For HE is so good, loving and merciful.
