Spent over an hour on chat.
Shoutouts to Settled, ChrisX2500 (i think, i forget the numbers), HappyGuy, LostInTime, quill...I forget the rest, and anyone else present. Thank you.

Simply put...a dark period came over me
Because of REBELLION.

Rebellion...is equivalent to witchcraft (Ouija Board, Mysticism, magic, etc...)
I asked Christ for forgiveness of my rebellious attitude.

I am refreshed.

Lesson Learned:
Rebellion is Witchcraft...a Christian in rebellion is unable to receive God's love and mercy, no matter how much love and mercy God pours out. One must REPENT of Rebellion...REPENT of WITCHCRAFT...to fully be in God's mercy.

Amen, and be blessed.

Umm, whoever told you that rebellion is witchcraft, is full of baloney. Rebellion is HUMAN NATURE presenting itself, yes even in christians. We are people too..lol.. A christian who is saved, IS ABLE to receive God's love and mercy, and even those in rebellion DO receive his love and mercy. We do need to repent of our rebellion, but not so that we will receive God's love and mercy--we already have that and no one can take it away . :)

You were "refreshed" because you repented your attitude. Rebellion is equal to pride and pride is a sin. Therefore rebellion against God is a sin, but it IS NOT "witchcraft."

Then I ... repented of rebelllion.
It was according to a bible verse. Why harp on it?

I'm just happy I feel relieved, and understood that rebellion affected my relationship with Christ.
And they helped me.

Geez

blb, i'm thinking they are referring to 1 Samuel 15:23 [when Samuel told Saul he is rejected as king]

"For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft,
And stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.
Because you have rejected the word of the Lord,
He also has rejected you from being king.”

No one was harping. I made a clarification for you, that rebellion is not witchcraft. :) I am glad that now you know the difference and how repenting of it helped you. Now relax. :)
