GOD has planned a work for you to do here on earth and you must keep your focus on that divine assignment, which is soul winning. JESUS said, “Go into the world and preach the gospel to the whole creation.”

Don’t let anyone or anything distract you from it, for that’s your primary assignment. In every conversation, speak the gospel. Talk what the word of GOD says. Your determination should be to please the LORD on a day-to-day basis by doing what HIS Word says.

The Bible says, “Take delight in the LORD, and HE will give you the desires of your heart.” It’s HIS pleasure to grant you the desires of your heart. Yours is to delight yourself in HIM, and refuse to be distracted from what HE’S called you to do. Become effective spiritually, especially in soul winning. Get happy and excited about serving the LORD, and everything will fall into place for you.

I would say "Yes" and "No" to this.

If you have to make it a point to exert the effort to always be talking the Gospel, I think there is something wrong.

Do you know anyone who is just crazy in love with something... like a sports team? Do they have to make sure to bring up their team in a conversation? No, they don't. It just naturally bubbles out of them. In fact, they can hardly talk about anything else.

That kind of enthusiasm doesn't come from remembering that they are supposed to promote their team. They can't imagine NOT raving about them.

In my opinion, THAT should be how Jesus floods out of us........ NOT from making sure we do it.

yeah...I don't think it's a regimen either

I think it should be what we live and not what we preach...although the op might mean it that way...not sure

IMO, everything, and I DO mean everything, flows out of our relationship with God, in Christ...I have known folks who force the gospel on you...even when I was already saved...but not according to their 'standards' ...gave me the creeps and made me feel very uncomfortable...well, that's what flesh does and some of us feel it more than others

I am not necessarily against all the op states, but I would be like 'whoah there a minute...' God brings people into our lives we witness to and we can demonstrate to the entire world anyway

maybe I'm just nit picking...

I think you are just "Yes-ing" and "No-ing" like I was.
