This post is about the spirit of anger,

Anger comes to do as much damage as possible, in the shortest instance of time, to destroy in moments, making more anger.

Anger targets people who are strong in belief. People who are strong in belief tend to assume they know more than other people, with the pride that comes with confidence in being emotionally sound from strong belief, anger can exploit them when what other people do around him, is not what he believes should be done.

When other people act in certain ways or do certain things that achieve not what is intended by the person with belief, the person will see the other person or situation factors causing an outcome that is not what they want. The person naturally gets upset, when the spirit of anger sees this, he comes to the person to cause anger in him. It usually feels as if it presses on the temples, pressing on veins, pressurizing the blood flow to the brain to create a throbbing frontal lobe, which is where intentional ideas come from, this creates a throbbing feeling in the head, and limits the ability for applied thought, it then causes thoughts of hatred while inducing this state, thoughts of cussing the person, images of them being hurt, all quickly while your thoughts are not working properly, and constant demand for revenge, implying a time frame that is too close to regain control over your head, when it is really the spirit's timeframe to cause damage before you calm down and realize you were just in a state that gave you no good thoughts. If it can get you to lash out during this attack, it will try to make sure it is the most harmful thing it can make you do, whether it is offending a dearly loved brother with words, throwing something not knowing you are going to damage something with meaning, punching a hard surface and hurting yourself, or physically trying to harm another person, which could remove them from your life, put you in jail, or anything else you can be caused to do on a split moment decision.

The way to get through one of this spirits attacks is to be on guard, if you see a situation occurring, and you realize you're not going to like the way it gets turned out, prepare to be tempted with anger, gather you capacity for patience, for understanding the individual causing the thing you take problem with is as surely as human as you are, remember the warnings you have received about anger, and remember if you feel your body react with the feeling of anger, to clear your mind of thoughts, and wait the feeling out before trying to make a decision what to do, usually it doesn't take more than a couple minutes to get back to a state where you can think things through, there might be lasting anger, but the kind that debilitates is usually over very quickly, but when in doubt of the outcome of a decision made while feeling any anger, wait til you calm down more. The worst ideas when angry are the ones that make you nearly laugh, feel like something clicks into place and causes more anger, and makes you feel you must do it.
