There are some people who are very happy that they are known by others. They do things to be recognized or been known by others. They do not care whether GOD knows them or not. All they care about is that they should be known and recognized by their fellow human beings. Some are so happy if they are being known by influential people in the society and they don’t care to make sure that GOD knows them first.
And the most important recognition is for GOD to know us. If GOD knows you, people will automatically know you, recognize you and honor you. The favor of the LORD will be upon you.
But if people know you and GOD do not know you, you are finish. Even though you are living, you are death.
Now, the question is “Does GOD knows you?”
For it is written, “But if one loves GOD, one is known by Him (1 Corinthians 8:3). And he who has my commandments and keep them, he it is who loves Me;....... (John 14:21). And this is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you (John 15:12).”
Are you keeping the commandment of JESUS which says that you should love one another as He has loved you? Do you love your fellow human being as JESUS loves you?
Below you will see and understand what it means to love one another as JESUS loves us.
These are the characters of LOVE: Love is patient, and kind; Love is not jealous or boastful; it is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on his own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoice in the right. Love does not pay evil with evil but pay evil with good. Love does not be little anyone. Love does not discriminate. Love does not think evil against anyone but think good for all. Love is good. Love look for those who are in need to help them. Love spends more on others than itself. Love is more concern about the well-being of others than itself. Love is not greedy and selfish. Love shares what it has with others. Love is merciful. Love is just. Love forgives all things. Love does not want anything evil. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Love is Love and nothing can compare with Love.
Love never ends.
Now, observe yourself and see whether GOD knows you or not. You yourself will know whether GOD knows you or not.
If you love anyone preach the Gospel to him/her.
JESUS IS LOVE. So, love one another as He has loved you.
