A Christian performs at the level of his prayer life. You are powerful as you pray for. Unfortunately most Christians don’t have a prayer life. Some don’t even know the importance of prayer. When you pray, you overcome the world because it is through prayer that you are empower to face the world that is, you overcome temptation (sickness, trials, disappointments, difficulties, poverty, persecutions and all the things which come from the devil). The Word of GOD says “Pray constantly.” Again JESUS said, “Watch and pray that you may not enter into temptation.”

My dear, as a Christian you should have a prayer life. You should have a life style of prayer. You should pray the prayer of faith always. Don’t stop talking to your FATHER in Heaven. HE wants you to talk to HIM always.

Give GOD praises and thanks all the time and never you fail to talk to HIM always in JESUS Name.
HOLY FATHER, thank YOU LORD for taken delights in our prayers in JESUS Name.

I struggle when I pray to God :/ .. I usually don't really know what to say but when I do have something to say its usually very short. Idk how to give God glory. Help?

God has intrinsic glory. it's part of who He is. His glory is infinite, and we cannot add to it.

we can, however, recognize it and praise Him for it.

and we can do this:

Above all, keep loving one another earnestly, since love covers a multitude of sins.
Show hospitality to one another without grumbling. As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:
whoever speaks, as one who speaks oracles of God; whoever serves, as one who serves by the strength that God supplies—in order that in everything God may be glorified through Jesus Christ. To him belong glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. (1 Pet 4:8-11)

imho, this means don't take credit for what the Lord does through you; give Him the glory.
serve the Lord in the ways He has provided for you, doing good where you can.
if you're a student, be a good student. if an employee or a boss, be a godly one.


So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. (1 Cor 10:31)

By this my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples. (Jn 15:8)

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. (Matt 5:16)


just do the works He prepared for you to walk in. He will receive the glory due Him.

Just open your mouth and ask GOD to make you pray according to His Will always in JESUS' NAME. And also just thank HIM for all the good things he has done for you, your family, friends, nation and in the lives of others. Thank HIM for His goodness all over the world. Also take time to study His Word because His Will is written in His Word in the Bible.
Finally, do the Word of GOD in your daily life.
