I understand that there are so many struggling with anger, unforgiveness, sin and all kinds of issues.
If you have been struggling with any of these for quite some time can I suggest reading my post (John Piper) on Christian Identity, live it, believe it and breathe it and find studies on our identity in Christ and scripture around this to know the power you have. Speak it by faith and live it in your inner being, pray them and understand the points. If you find you have deeper issues there is nothing wrong with seeing a psychologist with at least 8 years study and 4 years experience. The best way to live is in what you can, could and will do not in "should have done this and that", stop meditating on negative things, the old is gone and the new has come, you have life and have it abundantly live with love and joy. You are a new creation.

"How to win in relationships: Practiced this and have a bunch of friends."
Furthermore pray as the Lord Jesus Christ calls you to pray. FORGIVENESS (Letting go of both the wrong and all resentment)
