How do you respond to people who ask about your well being? Do you begin with a list of challenges and complaints? Or do you testify of God’s faithful provision, protection and love, that is far more than we could ever deserve? It's this kind of testimony that causes us to overcome in life, because sincere praise is contagious, and brings the presence of God right into our conversations and circumstances.

That is a hard one. I struggle with finding words a lot of the time even in prayer. I usually just ask Jesus to know my heart and say the Lord's Prayer. Sometimes just saying God's taking care of me and smiling is the best. It shows faith. 
Don't look too much into communication. It's about intent, but if you wanna share, share. The Holy Spirit will lead you.
