Often neglected verses on tithing: "‘If, therefore, a man wishes to redeem part of his tithe, he shall add to it one-fifth of it. ‘For every tenth part of herd or flock, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth one shall be holy to the LORD. ‘He is not to be concerned whether it is good or bad, nor shall he exchange it; or if he does exchange it, then both it and its substitute shall become holy. It shall not be redeemed.’” -Lev 27:32-33.

Disclaimer: My definition of a fling isn't some widespread definition that people my age go by.
For me, a "fling" was where we were "talking." It never officially turned into a relationship, but we still talked to each other and treated each other as if we were in a relationship. So basically, benefits of a relationship without a commitment. Usually lasted a month or two. I always thought of it as trying to decide if that person was someone I wanted to be with, but that was the wrong way to figure that out.
I'm not really asking you to reveal what you did. I'm just asking for your definition. We can have a definition for X without actually being a participant in X.
So, if I'm reading right, your definition of a fling is basically anything a married couple does when they are romantic, possibly including sex?

I'm the last person to be giving marriage advice but here I go, if you find someone you like you have to make sure that man is a Christian so that you both have the understanding that God comes first. Once you guys put God first everything will be fine from there.

"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." - Leo Buscaglia
