Every church thinks they're "spirit-led." Even the JWs and Mormons.
But, there are two kinds of churches -- ones that teach the Bible book by book, verse by verse, and ones who talk about concepts.
I can tell you of a few denominations that teach book by book, verse by verse.
Presbyterian Church in America. (PCA)
Orthodox Presbyterian. (OP)
Reformed Presbyterian. (RP)
Sound teaching on sound doctrine. I can tell you the process for becoming a teaching elder, (something like a pastor, but only in charge of teaching. Doesn't usually visit the sick, counsel, and that side of pastoring. That's done by the ruling elders), is difficult because we want them to be God led. So, if they pass, they're either truly a Christian (thus led by the Spirit) or they're a very good liar. Most are the former. (I think about 1 in every 100-200 ends up sneaking through on a lie.) And the latter don't last long.
I'm PCA, but I trust OP and RP just as much as my denom.
